Sixty years of complementary experience, one approach.

We learned by living it: how successful products are developed, where companies strain at each stage, and which decisions accelerate growth.

The founding partners’ combined sixty years in technology, entrepreneurship and business is not merely the sum of past projects.

In 2003 he founded Fora Kurumsal Finansman, advising many companies on share purchases and sales; in that period he was involved in nearly a hundred projects. He is a founding partner of IKC Teknoloji.

  • Ali Akdeniz

    Founding partner

An electronics engineer and technology entrepreneur. For about twenty years he has worked in the technology sector on software development, product management, building teams and company growth. At different times he invested in e-commerce and digital advertising, and took an active role in new technology businesses from idea through product and scale.

In 2019 he founded Gelal, focusing on logistics technology. He later extended that work with Sentigo, and started ajan.io, a venture focused on putting artificial intelligence to work directly in business processes. He now works on founding technology companies, developing products and teams, and forming new ventures that can produce long-term value. He is a founding partner of IKC Teknoloji.

Management bodies

  • Board of directors

Long-term direction, the allocation of IKC’s own capital, and governance oversight. It keeps day-to-day operations off the board table; strategy, risk and accountability sit here.

  • Investment committee

It holds investment decisions apart from board oversight. The five-question lens, commercial and technical diligence, and a reasoned yes or no are this body’s work. Its formal establishment is not yet complete.

  • Operating and advisory network

It connects a participation to outside expertise on a specific need — technology, product, growth, finance or strategy. It is not a standing roster; it is brought in when the subject arises.
